Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
I value your time, and mine! To keep things fair for everyone, please review my policy:
* Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Each client receives two (2) courtesy late cancellations, reschedules (under 24 hours’ notice), or no-shows without a fee.
* A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 30 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled unless we’ve communicated otherwise.
After your two courtesy occurrences:
* Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service to the card on file (you will be notified before the charge).
* Future appointments may require a deposit after a no-show.
I understand that emergencies happen, and deserve to be handled with grace. Please communicate with me as soon as possible.
